Hello World! Kicking Off My Blog
Hi everyone, and welcome to my corner of the internet! After so many years of building software and navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape, I've decided it's time to create a space to share my journey (again!), document my learning, and discuss the technologies I'm passionate about.
I'm Mohammed Sallam, a full-stack software developer who's been fortunate enough to work across different domains - from tech startups to humanitarian projects. Along the way, I've picked up experience with:
- Backend systems and APIs (such as Spring Boot, Django, and ASP.NET Core)
- Frontend frameworks (such as React, Vue)
- AI and LLMs applications
- Data Analysis and Visualization
- GIS implementations
What to Expect on This Blog I intend to make this blog a space for practical tutorials drawn from real-world projects, honest reflections on technical challenges and their solutions, discussions about DevOps practices, and explorations of emerging technologies worth getting excited about - all shared with the humility of someone who's still learning every day.
Option for Opportunities I'm also exploring new opportunities where I can contribute as a developer. While I've been fortunate to work on some meaningful projects over the years. I'm most excited about the chance to keep learning while helping build solutions that matter.
If you think I might be a good fit for your team, I'd love to chat. You can find more information about my skills set at my homepage mhsallam.com. You can also find me on linkedin.com/in/mhsallam, check out my code on github.com/mhsallam, or see some older coding videos on my @mhsallam - though I'll admit I haven't updated it recently as I've been focused on my full-time development work at iMMAP Inc. Feel free to email me directly at [mhisallam@gmail.com] - I'm always happy to discuss how I might contribute to interesting projects.
Alright! Thank you for visiting my blog. I'm looking forward to sharing my experiences and learning alongside you. Stay tuned for the first technical post coming soon!
